Hannah is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate in the state of North Carolina and a National Certified Counselor.
Hannah is a compassionate and dedicated therapist with a deep commitment to supporting individuals through life’s challenges. Her journey into counseling began during her undergraduate studies at Clemson University, where she worked as the Undergraduate Counseling Intern at the on-campus health clinic. This experience solidified her passion for mental health care and set the foundation for her future career. Hannah then earned her Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Wake Forest University and began practicing in the Charlotte area.
With experience working with a diverse range of clients, Hannah specializes in supporting women’s issues, body image concerns, disordered eating, and eating disorders, including anorexia nervosa and binge eating disorder. She also works with individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, and relationship challenges. Hannah has a particular passion for helping adolescents and young adults navigate the complexities of identity, self-discovery, and personal growth.
Hannah’s therapeutic approach is person-centered and relational, integrating cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, and somatic techniques. She believes in creating a safe, supportive space where clients can explore their authentic selves, develop greater emotional regulation, and work collaboratively toward their goals. Hannah recognizes that therapy can be a challenging process, and she values the trust and vulnerability it takes for clients to engage deeply in the work.
Outside of therapy, Hannah enjoys spending time with her beloved dog, Tucker, trying new foods with friends, and visiting family on the coast of South Carolina. A lifelong Clemson fan, she is also passionate about pop culture (especially anything Bravo), reading, and true crime podcasts.
Hannah is in-network with Blue Cross Blue Shield and Aetna and also accepts out-of-pocket payments. She offers both in-person sessions at her South Charlotte office and virtual therapy services.
