Fees and Insurance

Initial Intake Session: $175

Individual Counseling Session: $135

Couples Counseling Session: $150-$175

Payment is accepted in the form of cash, credit, or check.

Individual, Family, and Couples Sessions with our marriage and family intern: $40

 

We are Blue Cross Blue Shield Providers. Please check with your insurance to make sure your visit is covered. You are responsible for co-pays or full payments until the deductible is met. Some of our clinicians accept other forms of insurance, please check with your therapist to ensure that your insurance is accepted.

For those out of network plans, Clear Creek Counseling will do all of the billing for your insurance although you will be required to make full payment to Clear Creek at the time of service. 


Cancellation Policy

We understand that life happens. We kindly ask that you notify your therapist at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. This allows the therapist to leave this time slot open for other individuals in need. Our cancellation fee of $65 will occur if notice has not been given within 24 hours before your appointment, except in cases of emergencies.

What to expect in your first session?

It all starts here. You will be given access to our therapy portal to complete paperwork online prior to your first session. These forms must be completed to begin treatment. We are happy to accommodate those without computer or internet access by providing forms in office.

Each therapist will go over their individual consent forms prior to beginning your session. Your first session will consist mostly of you and your therapist getting to know each other and what brought you to therapy. Finally, you and your therapist will discuss treatment goals to direct the course of your treatment. Number of total sessions will be discussed with your individual therapist to meet your unique needs.


Offering Telehealth & In-Person Sessions

We strive to accommodate our clients by helping you feel comfortable and safe in the way that best suits you! We are all currently offering Telehealth sessions and a number of our therapists are also offering in-person sessions. In order to comply with COVID-19 restrictions, we do require masks to be worn as well as six feet social distancing throughout the duration of the session. We kindly ask that you reach out to your therapist upon arrival for your appointment in order to help us reduce traffic in the waiting room. We are committed to following CDC guidelines by conducting thorough sanitization before and after each session as well as scattering appointment times for in-person sessions.
