Licensed Masters Level Therapists Needed at Clear Creek Counseling PC: LCSW, LCMHC, LMFT’s and associates!
Announcing a new location in South Charlotte at 6401 Carmel Rd, Suite 105. We will be hiring two additional clinical positions. Clear Creek is a true 1099 group practice. You set your hours and schedule your own clients so that you have control over who you see and when you see them!
We are a small boutique group practice focused on using DBT, EMDR, CBT, and Motivational Interviewing as well as other modalities aimed at treating trauma populations, young adults, teens, and relationships.
Advantages of contracting for Clear Creek:
We pay 70 percent of fees to our dedicated therapists. We take BCBS, Aetna, & Optum.
We pay by automatic deposit every two weeks.
The practice owner will be available for consulting, mentoring, and professional development.
We pay for onboarding time to learn the ins and outs of our group practice.
We encourage you to develop your own Psychology Today profile and professional identity.
We host a practice-wide group peer meeting every two weeks via video conference for you to attend and benefit.
We provide training opportunities for our clinicians to advance in their clinical skills.
You will receive help from our practice owner in setting up your own LLC and guidance in developing the skills it takes to be successful in private practice.
You will be compensated for any duties for the practice such as group marketing, participating in quarterly practice meetings, or other additional duties negotiated with the practice owner.
You will join a team of truly autonomous 1099 contractors with the expectation that you will attempt to see fifteen clients a week.
