If you’re struggling to find balance or peace, know that you’re not alone. By inquiring about therapeutic services, you’ve already taken a courageous step. Let’s explore this path to healing together.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker Associate dedicated to promoting healing and emotional development in adults, children, and adolescents. Originally from New Jersey, I earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a minor in Spanish from The Ohio State University. I completed my Master’s in Social Work at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte in May 2024.
I have a diverse background, working with children of all ages, including migrant children and families and those with developmental disabilities. I have also served as a victim advocate for survivors of sexual assault. I specialize in supporting individuals who have experienced trauma, depression, anxiety, borderline personality disorder, and PTSD. I am trained in Dialectical Behavior Therapy and I am skilled in psychodynamic, play therapy, and strengths-based approaches. Additionally, I have experience working with unhoused women, children, and families. I believe that empathy, understanding, and a strong, trusting therapeutic relationship are crucial for client growth.
In my personal time, I enjoy hiking, exercising, trying new foods, spending time with my nephew, and volunteering at local animal shelters.
