Professional Background

Haley is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. She attended Winthrop University for her undergraduate degrees in Psychology and Social Work. She received her Master of Social Work from Winthrop University as well (Go Eagles!).

Haley brings experience across child welfare, outpatient, school, and community-based settings. Her work has involved children, adolescents, and adults navigating trauma, life transitions, and systemic challenges. These experiences inform her practical, compassionate, and systems-aware approach to therapy.

Clients & Treatment Methods

Haley enjoys working with pre-teens, adolescents, and adults on concerns like OCD and anxiety, mood disorders, and trauma.

Haley utilizes a tailored-to-you approach with each client honoring their innate strengths. She integrates evidence-based therapies like CBT, ACT, and ERP with trauma-focused work, all grounded in an empowerment perspective.

What does that actually look like in session? This is you better understanding yourself, building the skills to tolerate uncertainty and face life’s challenges, and feeling more confident making choices aligned with your true values. Together, you’ll focus on breaking unhelpful patterns, creating a life that feels bigger, and being the kind of person you genuinely want to be.

Personal Interests

Outside of session, Haley enjoys exploring Charlotte with her friends or settling in at home with her two cats. You could catch her at the movies, her local library, or new restaurants around town.

An avid football fan, Haley’s biggest achievement is her fantasy football team record. If you want to get her talking, ask about her opinions on Survivor this season. Haley married into military life and appreciates working with service members and veterans in her practice.
