Sick and tired of feeling stuck, alone, and overwhelmed in life but unsure where to turn? Life can be hard, fast moving and demanding, unfair even. It can leave you feeling broken. And when you’re left to pick up the pieces on your own, it only leads to more exhaustion and loneliness.

It doesn’t have to be that way.

I’m here to help. My office is a safe space to sit with your thoughts and emotions, feel heard, and find healing. I work with people just like you everyday and I love helping them discover answers to the questions and concerns that keep them up at night as well as solutions and strategies that work for them. It takes courage to start therapy, and if you’re ready to be brave, I can help you feel like yourself again, enrich your relationships, and create a life you enjoy living.

You don’t have to go it alone. You don’t have to stay stuck. Together, we can change your life for the better.

I use several types of therapies to help including Solution Focused Brief Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Cognitive Behavior Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy to help you reach your goals. I enjoy working with teens and adults who struggle with anxiety, stress, depression, relationships, self-esteem, life transitions, anger, and more.

I’m a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor and National Certified Counselor. Born and raised in southern Pennsylvania, I attended York College of Pennsylvania for undergraduate studies in psychology. In 2016, I moved to North Carolina for graduate school and received my Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Montreat College.

Outside of the office, you can find me spending time with my Yorkies, Chloe and Joey, and husband, Ben. I love being crafty, listening to music, and spending time outside, especially in the Fall.

If you’re ready for a change, give me a call.

Jessica currently takes Blue Cross Blue Shield & self pay.
