Her goal as a clinician is to help teens, adults, and families build upon their own personal strengths in order to cope with difficult transitions, anxiety, depression, adjustment issues, grief/loss, and family issues. Rebecca is passionate about helping clients gain greater insight about themselves, their relationships, and others. Creating a safe and supportive environment is essential to her therapy practice. Her counseling approach is person and client-centered, taking into consideration the unique strengths of each individual.
In her free time, Rebecca enjoys bicycling, trying new foods, and working on home improvement projects on her “fixer-upper”. Rebecca lives in Charlotte with her husband and her dog Rocky.
