Bethany is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate and a National Certified Counselor. She received her Master of Arts in Counseling from Columbia International University. Bethany has a passion for working with people who want to live their best lives. Sometimes, taking the step to begin counseling can feel scary, but Bethany truly enjoys coming alongside those who may feel a little apprehensive and helping them feel supported in this journey.
Many of the people who Bethany has worked with have dealt with things like depression and anxiety, relationship struggles, and life transitions like going to college or deciding a career path. She has worked with clients in individual, group, and family sessions, and her approach to counseling focuses on equipping clients with the tools they need to be successful outside of therapy. She has worked in both private practice and hospital settings.
Bethany was born and raised in the Charlotte area. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and Welsh Corgi, Nina. She loves coffee, puns, and treating herself to a manicure every now and then.
